I think that some laws by the recent right-wing politcians initiative are of doubtful constitutionality.

The fundamental human rights are important in view of the suppression of the rights in prewar times.

The tyranny of the majority shall not be permitted.

The parts of the laws violating the Constitution shall be turned down by the Supreme Court's power of judicial review.
