☆先月発行した雑誌『MONKEY』について、金沢市で新聞社のインタビューに答えて。柴田さんは来春、教授を務める東大を早期退職で去ることにしているとのことです（2013年10月18日付け中日新聞より）。

　　　　　　

Motoyuki Shibata, a translator and professor in a post graduation course at the University of Tokyo, said last month in Kanazawa City, ”I’d like to have a feeling like a little individual store in the magazine which I launched the other day.”

He is reported as saying that he will take voluntary retirement from his university next spring.
