将棋名人戦・羽生名人が防衛

☆ 本局、挑戦者の行方さんが決めに行った！という最強手を敗着にしてしまうというネガとポジを入れ替える羽生さんの異次元の大局観がまざまざと。超難解。

☆ 結果だけ書くと、行方さんは、羽生さんに入玉を許し、自玉を詰まされる、という一局で二度負け状態。行方さん、立ち直ってくださいよ。それにしても羽生さん、恐るべし。

☆この先、今の自分が思い描いているようになって「いない」のが目標と言う羽生さん。すごい。普通の人であれば、自分が思い描いているようになっていたい、と言う局面。そういうのでは凡手でヌルイと。羽生さんの非凡なる異次元の大局観であり。

君が代不起立で都に賠償命令＝停職処分は違法、元教諭ら勝訴―東京高裁

時事通信 5月28日(木)20時47分配信

　卒業式などの君が代斉唱で不起立を繰り返し、停職処分を受けた元都立学校教諭ら2人が、都に処分取り消しなどを求めた訴訟の控訴審判決が28日、東京高裁であった。須藤典明裁判長は、1人の訴えのみ認めた一審東京地裁判決を取り消し、2人に対する処分を違法と認定、都に計20万円の損害賠償も支払うよう命じた。

　君が代不起立訴訟では最高裁が2012年、「戒告までは懲戒権者の裁量の範囲内」とする一方、停職など減給以上の処分は原則的に認められないとの判断を示し、同裁判長もこれを踏襲した。

　さらに、都教育委員会は不起立を繰り返す教職員への処分を機械的に重くすることで、「自らの思想信条を捨てるか、教職員の身分を捨てるか、二者択一を迫っている」と指摘。憲法が保障する思想、良心の自由の実質的な侵害につながると述べた。

　判決によると、2人は2007年3月の卒業式で起立を拒否し、停職3～6月の処分を受けた。　

☆行政の行き過ぎ（行政裁量権を逸脱した処分）に司法が厳正なる歯止めをかけた事案。憲法が保障している優越的人権たる思想、良心の自由に関し、日本の三権分立（チェック・アンド・バランス。司法的抑制）がしっかり機能している事案として憲法の教科書に登載されると思います。

About Within Temptation

This week I paid attention from necessity to the sound of Within Temptation,which is a  symphonic metal band by vocalist Sharon den Adel.

Her voice is tremendously beautiful, and I have to think about how many octaves she has in her range.  

The band and orchestra performances are really cool as well. 

Marvelous!

I think they deserve greater attention in Japan.

金沢茶屋街の文化

In the midst of Golden Week holidays, we can see a lot of travelers, 

especially from overseas, in Kanazawa City.

Kanazawa has three Ochaya towns, and the towns have their own culture and spirit.

The Ochaya, or Japanese-style restaurant, refuses first-time customers, saying that customers without introduction from somebody are not allowed to enter their facilities. 

That is the world of dreams which is difficult to enter for ordinary people.

It is another secret world as if you wandered into the Edo period.

When you step inside the lattice door in a narrow alley, Prestigious Geigis (Geishas)’ reception and hospitality (OMOTENASHI) is waiting for you.

The continuous spirit of Ochaya means that you leave everyday affairs  and play in the world of dreams.

Wow, it's great! But even if you live in Kanazawa, you cannot step into the Ochaya easily. Hmm...

My English Essay at This Season 

80年代を彩ったWinkのこと

The other day, I wrote on  Wink for my fellows' blog.

Wink was a Japanese pop female duo in the late 1980s and early-to-mid-1990s composed of 鈴木早智子さん（Sachiko Suzuki） and 相田翔子さん（Shoko Aida）.

They appear in the video above. The sales of the CD, "愛が止まらない（Turn It Into Love）" were exploding. They sang and danced the song, which were very cute.

Their songs and dances made us happy in those days. Yes, we were in the midst of the bubble economy of Japan. The song reminds me of those good days.

I believe the brightness of their songs is everlasting.

Now, we are in the midst of Golden Week holidays of Japan in 2015.

I hope good times are ahead.
