「自分が（英語に）感じたおもしろさ、楽しさをできるだけ正確に他者に伝えたい、できれば、そのおもしろさ、楽しさをわかってほしい、という気持ちが、「英語」と「ロック」という異なる2つの趣味をわざわざ職業にしてしまった理由でもあります。」

Responding to an interview, Genki Hitomi, a high school English teacher (ex-vocalist of the hard rock band VOWWOW),  said the following:

"The reason why I intentionally made English and Rock'n Roll, two different hobbies, my occupation is because I'd like to convey the fun and pleasure of English I felt to other people as accurately as possible, and I want them to understand its fun and pleasure if possible."
