Impressive Tanka into English  

抱き合う影の離れて列車発つ

                           オスロ中央駅白夜なる

The shadowy forms of the lovers in a close embrace 

stood away from each other on the platform, 

then the train drew out of the Oslo Central Station 

under the midnight sun
